
Jazmine Marie Jazmine Marie Sullivan (born on the 9th of April, 1987) is an American R&B and soul singer. Born and raised in Philadelphia the album she released her debut, Fearless was released in 2008. It was a top hit on Billboard's Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums charts and was also certified platinum by Recording Industry Association of America. There were four songs that it produced, including "Need U Bad" (which was listed in the Top 40 of the Hot 100 chart of Billboard) in addition to "Bust Your Windows," the first single by Sullivan and only top spot on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip Hop Songs charts. Sullivan continued to release her sophomore studio album, Love Me Back, in the year 2010, and was highly praised by music critics. After taking a three-year break, Sullivan signed with RCA Records and released her debut studio album under the label, Reality Show, in 2015, and it became her debut album to reach at #1 on the Top R&B Albums chart. In 2021, she debuted her critically acclaimed EP, Heaux Tales which has the track "Pick up Your feelings". Sullivan was awarded 2 Grammy Awards, a Billboard Women in Music Award and three NAACP Image Awards. The year 2022 was the time Time placed her on their list of 100 most influential people.
